Ryan gained further experience as a private trial attorney in a mid-sized law firm until later establishing The Albaugh Law Firm. While the Albaugh Law Firm is a successful bi-coastal law firm with offices in San Rafael, California and St Augustine, Florida (the nation’s oldest city), Ryan concentrates his personal practice in criminal defense in Marin County.
Ryan practices almost exclusively in criminal defense. With well over 10 years of experience as San Rafael criminal law attorney, Ryan has handled more than 1,000 criminal cases, including over 50 trials. His experience prosecuting criminal matters ranging from simple misdemeanors to serious felonies has provided him with extensive knowledge of criminal law and insight into how the District Attorney approaches cases. Having practiced on both sides of criminal law contributes greatly to Ryan’s success in defending his clients in criminal proceedings.
Ryan is a member in good-standing with the California State Bar, member # 202971.
